Following up on the breakthrough strategy initiated in 2001 in the context of a challenging market, NORPROTEX is pursuing its innovation policy.
NNORPROTEX continues to focus investment on the Design and Marketing areas: developing new products and ranges, communicating its brand name, and merchandising.
Target goal: continue to create and deliver added value while more tightly controlling production costs so our brand names will continue to stand out.

NORPROTEX' sales force was also beefed up to increase the market share of its brand name.

At the same time, the company is pursuing a diversification strategy through a selective distribution network.

NORPROTEX displays a clear determination to successfully develop its entire brand portfolio internationally: Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
